I'm working on laser-cutting some puzzles to give to the fam and I've run into an issue:
The pieces are definitely too loose. I want them to fit tight enough together that, when assembled, the puzzle will easily stay together when the whole puzzle is picked up.
I used 1/4" birch, 1 pass, speed: 12, power: 100, freq: 50, stucky.
I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on getting the cut to be a better fit.
Also, if anyone has suggestions on getting raster cuts to burn darker rather than cutting deeper I'd be very interested to know what they are.
